偏好是有先天基因的存在取向,有爱好兴趣发挥和智慧的运用,并具有极度创造性和丰富想像力的程度。管理者的才能决定其个人偏好因素,其偏好兴趣的激发,决定于其能力发挥的量度。
Personal preference that the presence of innate genes,including the development of interests and the application of wisdom,is extremely creative and imaginative.The ability of a manager determines the objects of his/her personal preference,and the activation of interests lies in the magnitude of the capacity.
