Analysis on T-shirt collar technology of men's sweaters

基于上级领为四平结构、领座为四平空转结构、包边为管状结构的男装羊毛衫T恤领,分析了领座重叠并带有一粒纽扣与前领没有领座、第一粒纽扣扣在门襟上2种T恤领的领型结构及其工艺。对门襟四平暗贴的缝合方式、前片单面开口位置,以及纽扣位置的细节工艺进行了探讨。

Based on the full needle structure of the upper collar, the full milano structure of the stand collar, and the tubular structure of the collar seam of men’s sweater T-shirt collar, the structure and processing technology of the two T-shirt collars, one of which was an overlapping stand collar with a button, and the other of which was the button on the front placket without stand collar, were analyzed. The stitching of hidden full needle tape on front placket, the opening position of the single front panel, and the details of the process of button position were analyzed.
