水泥窑协同处置危废企业自行监测方案设计 被引量:2

摘要 水泥窑协同处置废弃物技术因其得天独厚的优势越来越受到重视,但针对协同处置过程的环保监测和排放控制也愈加受到关注。通过对水泥窑协同处置危险废物产污环节的分析,确定自行监测方案中的监测指标、监测频次等,可供水泥窑协同处置危废企业编制自行监测方案时参考,企业可将监测结果用于指导实际生产运行,确保在水泥窑系统稳定运行、产品质量不受影响的前提下,实现各污染物达标排放。 The technology of cement kiln co-processing waste has been paid more and more attention due to its superior advantages, while the environmental monitoring and emission control in the process are increasingly concerned. Through the analysis of the production and contamination of hazardous waste in the process of cement kilns co-processing waste, the monitoring index and monitoring frequency in the self-monitoring scheme is determined, which could be used as reference for the preparation of self-monitoring scheme by the enterprises of cement kiln co-processing hazard waste. The enterprises can use the monitoring results to guide actual production and operation and realize that all pollutants meet the standard on the basis of ensuring that the cement kiln system is stable and the product quality is not affected.
