摘要 正常生产过程中,粉磨系统产量与电耗变化的主要原因,多来自物料易磨性与水分变化。本案例导致水泥细度变粗、系统产量降低、粉磨电耗增加的主要因素是熟料易磨性变差。例行检验中的熟料小磨时间能够非常直观地反映出熟料易磨性的变化。针对物料易磨性、水分变化调整磨内各仓研磨体级配,是最有效、最快捷的应变措施。XZ公司两套水泥粉磨系统在生产过程中偶然出现产量降低的实际案例,就是一个例证。 During the process of normal production, the changes in the production and power consumption of the grinding system mostly derive from the changes in and moisture of the material. In this case, the poor grindability of cement clinker is the main factor, leading to the high cement fineness, the reduction of production and the increase of power consumption. During the routine inspection, the grinding time of cement clinker could directly account for the change of grindability of cement clinker. As for the changes of grindability and moisture, adjusting the gradation of grinding medium is the most effective and convenient method, and the effect is evident in practice. The occasional reduction of production of two cement grinding system in XZ compony is an example in practice.
