摘要
24例无牙颌患者植入163枚种植体,采用即刻负重技术制作27副义齿,观察时间6~22个月。种植体存留率98.2%,修复体存留率100%,种植体负重后6个月和12个月的边缘平均骨丧失量差异无统计学意义。其中7例修复体出现机械并发症。修复体行使功能良好,患者满意度高。采用即刻负重技术修复无牙颌患者,短期效果良好,但远期效果还需大样本和长期的临床观察。
Twenty four patients with 27 edentulous jaws were enrolled and 163 implants were inserted. All cases were followed up to 6 ～ 22 months. The implant survival rate was 98. 2%. The survival rate of prosthesis was100%. The average accumulate bone loss was（ 0. 53 ± 0. 09） mm in six months and（ 0. 62 ± 0. 11） mm in twelve months,which no significant difference was found（ t = 16. 08,P〉0. 05）. Mechanical complications were found in7 prostheses. All the dentures functioned well and patients were satisfied with the clinical treatment. Implanting the edentulous jaws with immediate loading protocol is a viable treatment modality. However,long term clinical observation with large samples are still needed to confirm the validity of the technique.
