东北地区制造业非研发创新对产业绩效的影响

The Effect of Non-R&D Innovation on the Performance of Northeast Manufacturing Industry

在当今的创新2.0时代,创新的含义更加丰富,创新更趋向于多元化,而不再拘泥于创新就等同于研发的思维定式,越来越多的学者开始了对非研发创新的探索。但是国内现有的研究有限,且多是基于浙江等长三角地区情况的研究。本文着重分析了2000年以来东北地区制造业非研发创新与绩效的发展过程,并主要进行了东北地区制造业非研发创新绩效与京津冀地区和长三角地区非研发创新绩效的横向比较分析,从而对东北地区非研发创新提出一些对策和发展路径。

In era of Innovation 2. 0, the meaning of innovation is richer, innovation tends to diversify and no longer rigidly adhere to the thinking that innovation is same as R＆D. More and more scholars begin to explore non-R＆D innovation. However, domestic resear-ches have been limited in the existing researches and most are based on the Yangtze River Delta. So this paper mainly analyzes the de-velopment process of the non-R＆D innovation and performance of northeastern manufacturing industry since 2000, and carries out the lateral comparative analysis of it with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area and Yangtze River Delta, and gives some strategies and develop-ment paths for the non-R＆D innovation in northeast China.
