Influence of Psychological Capital on Entrepreneurship——Based on the Empirical Analysis of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

基于多学科的方法,目的在于探究新生代农民工的心理资本影响创业精神的作用机理,通过对长三角213名新生代农民工的纵向数据分析构建了结构模型。基于研究结果提出应构建新生代农民工创业精神提升的帮扶系统,强化新生代农民工创业精神的心理资本内在动力机制和创业环境的外在动力机制,这也为供给侧改革视阈中提升新生代农民工"人的要素"供给等提供了有益启示。

On the basis of the multi-disciplinary method, the paper is to explore the psychological capital of the new generation of mi-grant workers and the mechanism of the entrepreneurial spirit. It uses the longitudinal data of 213 new generation of migrant workers in the Yangtze River Delta to build a structural model. The results show that： The psychological capital of the new generation of migrant workers is affected by entrepreneurial environment perception; It indirectly affects the entrepreneurial spirit, and also directly affects the occupation competency of entrepreneurship ; entrepreneurial environment directly affects the perception of entrepreneurship ; Entre-preneurial environment perception has a partial mediating effect between psychological capital and entrepreneurial spirit. On the basis of these conclusions, it suggests that we should construct the comprehensive management of the new generation of migrant workers5 entre-preneurship promotion, innovate the supportive system of mass entrepreneurship, psychological capital＇s internal motive mechanism and entrepreneurial environments external motive mechanism. It also provides beneficial enlightenment for the reform of the supply side to enhance the new generation of migrant workers.
