摘要 高速铣削加工过程中走刀方式对刀具寿命和零件加工质量有较大影响,对于精密模具用淬硬钢的高速切削方式进行刀具磨损研究具有现实意义。研究摆线走刀方式在不同循环圆半径和轨迹间距下对高速硬铣削淬硬钢时的刀具磨损影响并与行切方式进行对比。设计双因素试验并进行实际加工,建立后刀面磨损量与切削长度及材料去除量的关系曲线;并通过方差及贡献率分析,获得走刀方式和轨迹间距对切削长度、材料去除量和材料去除率的影响程度。结果表明,相同条件下摆线加工的刀具磨损程度低于行切加工,适当增大循环圆半径、减小轨迹间距可控制摆线加工的刀具磨损、增大切削长度和材料去除量。 Cutter path strategies have significant impact on cutting tool life and machining quality of parts. Therefore,it has practical meaning to research thecutting toolwear in the high speed milling hardened steel of precision moulds. Compared with the raster cutter path strategy,it was designed to investigate the effect of the trochoidal machining for high speed milling of hardened steel on the cutting toolwear with different circular circle radius and various track distance. Based on the design of double-factor experiment and the actual processing,the relationship curves between the flank wear and cutting length or volume of metal removed was built. The analysis on the influence degree of tool paths and track distance on the effective cutting length,material removal volume and the material removal rate were obtained by the method of ANOVA and the contributive ratio. The results showed that the tool wear of trochoidal machining is smaller than machining of raster cutter path strategy with the same condition. Furthermore,the tool wear will be controlled,cutting length and material removal volume will be enhanced by increasing the circular circle radius and reducing track distance appropriately.
