压力淬火对弧齿锥齿轮齿形影响仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对压力淬火的外模压力对弧齿锥齿轮齿形精度影响,以齿面变形为研究对象,采用UG对弧齿锥齿轮进行建模,运用有限元分析软件DEFORM对压力淬火过程进行仿真;依据现有热处理工艺,在仿真计算求得最佳油温基础上,研究了不同压强参数对齿形变化的影响。仿真计算考虑相变和潜热影响,分析了热处理过程中热应力、组织应力和外加载荷之间的相互作用,结果显示:外模压力较小时,轮齿中部在组织应力作用下向上隆起;外模压力增大到一定数值时,隆起得到有效抑制;压力继续增大,端面齿顶开始下沉。 For pressure quenching of die pressure effects on spiral bevel gear tooth profile precision,with tooth surface deformation as the object of study,using UG modeling of spiral bevel gear,using finite element analysis software DEFORM was used to simulate the pressure quenching process;on the basis of the existing heat treatment process,the simulation calculated on the basis of the top oil temperature of the influence of different pressure parameters on tooth profile change.Simulation calculation considering the effect of latent heat and phase change,analysis of the heat in the heat treatment process,organization should be the interaction between force and external load,the results show that die pressure is small,tooth middle part in the organization should be force to rise;the outer die pressure increases to a certain value,uplift can be effectively suppressed;pressure continues to increase,the top end teeth began to sink.
