摘要 在砍蔗过程中甘蔗收获机刀盘的振动对砍蔗的质量有比较大的影响,而影响刀盘振动的主要因素之一就是发动机的激励,所以为了提高砍蔗的质量和降低砍蔗的破头率,有必要对该激励对刀盘振动的影响进行分析与探究。为了准确的找出样机刀盘振动过大的原因,利用OPAX(Operation-X Transfer Path Analysis)方法对刀盘的振动进行了试验研究,先根据试验数据计算出每条路径的贡献量,然后再结合相位对刀盘的振动进行贡献量分析。最后综合考虑相位和幅值找出了引起刀盘振动的主要路径,为甘蔗收获机的后期优化提供了方向与依据。 The vibration of the cutter of the sugarcane harvester has a great influence on the quality of cutting in the process of sugar cane harvest,one of the main factors that affect the vibration of the cutter head is the excitation of the engine;So,in order to improve the quality of the cutting and reduce the rate of broken head of sugar cane,it is necessary to explore the cutter dish of vibration.In order to accurately find out the cause of the prototype cutting wheel vibration,application OPAX(Operation-X Transfer Path Analysis)to study the vibration of the cutter,According to the test data to calculate the contribution of each path,and then combine the vibration phase of the cutter contribution analysis.Finally,the main path of the vibration of the cutter head was found by considering the phase and amplitude,which provided the direction and basis for the optimization of the sugarcane harvester.
