摘要
在深入研究磨床砂轮动平衡控制仪基本原理的基础上,从控制仪的测量精度方面进行分析,进一步研究开发新型磨床砂轮动平衡控制仪。该文以相关函数理论为基础,将振动信号和转速信号分别与正弦信号、余弦信号进行相关函数分析,提出了基于互相关分析的振动不平衡量特征参数准确提取的新方法。基于MATLAB对提取算法进行仿真,证明了提取算法的准确性。基于新的提取方法进行试验分析,能够有效获得不平衡量的幅值和相位,验证了提高动平衡控制仪测量精度的可行性。
On the basis of deeply research on the basic principle of the dynamic balance control system of grinding wheel,the analysis of the measuring precision of the control system is carried out,and the new grinding wheel dynamic balance control system is further studied and developed. It using the correlation function theory as the foundation,vibration signal and speed signal are used in correlation calculation,a new method based on cross correlation analysis is proposed to extract the characteristic parameters of the vibration signal accurately.An experiment based on the new extraction method is carried out,we can obtain the amplitude and phase of unbalance effectively,and the feasibility of improving the measurement accuracy of the dynamic balance control instrument is verified.
