摘要
阵列微结构表面技术可以有效改善金属表面的力学性能,已逐渐在工程机械、现代交通、现代化工等领域得到广泛应用。对阵列微结构表面的典型形貌,制备方法和技术应用这三个方面进行了论述。面向更高的技术需求,探索具有优质高效特点的阵列微结构表面多物理场复合制备方法;寻找更宽领域的应用,并尝试将各种不同的微结构根据其自身性质分别应用于同一对象的多处局部表面,使应用对象整体性能达到最佳,将是今后阵列微结构表面技术的研究重点。
Array micro-structured surface technique can be used to improve the mechanical properties of the surface effectively,which has been generally applied in the field of machinery,modern transport,modern chemical industry and so on.The contents of this technique were introduced in it from three aspects such as morphology,preparation method and applications. For higher technical requirements,exploring superior and efficient compound preparation methodsin multi-physical field of array micro-structured surface. Seeking for wider application,and try to apply several sorts of different array microstructure in different partial surface of the same object according to its nature,and make the property performance at best.These should be further researched in the future.
