摘要
建立人力资本损耗计量对医疗废物污染经济损失影响的定量分析模型,提高医疗废物的处理效能的同时降低经济损失,构建人力资本损耗计量的约束参量模型,采用滑动回归分析方法对医疗废物污染经济损失的模型因子进行特征匹配,结合标准化回归系数分解方法得到医疗废物经济损失的回归方程,采用F检验方法进行实证分析检验,建立描述性统计统计量进行经济损失与人力资本损耗的模型参量估计,结合最大似然估计方法实现定量回归分析。
This study establishes a quantitative analysis model of the impact of human capital loss measurement on the eco-nomic loss of medical waste pollution. It aims to improve the treatment efficiency of medical waste and reduce the loss of degrada-tion. The constraint parameter model of human capital loss measurement is constructed, and the modeof medical waste pollution are matched by sliding regression analysis. Combined with the standardizecomposition method , the regression equation of medical waste economic loss is obtained , and the F test methempirical analysis and test. Establish descrptive statistical statistics to estimate the model parameters of ecocapital loss , combined with the maximum likelihood estimation method to achieve quantitative regression analysis.
