保留膀胱功能的髂内动脉化疗治疗膀胱癌的临床效果评价

The Clinical Effect of Internal Iliac Artery Chemotherapy for Bladder Cancer

目的:探究保留膀胱功能髂内动脉化疗治疗膀胱癌的临床效果。方法:选择2012年1月-2014年9月笔者所在医院收治的行保留膀胱手术的膀胱癌患者80例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的差异分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规膀胱灌注化疗,观察组给予髂内动脉化疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗2年后生存率显著高于对照组,复发及死亡率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中发生肠道反应、腹部不适、白细胞减少、血小板减少率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保留膀胱功能髂内动脉化疗治疗膀胱癌效果显著,且治疗过程中不良反应小,有效提高了患者的生存期及生活质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of retaining bladder functional iliac artery chemotherapy for bladder cancer.Method：From January 2012 to September 2014,in our hospital lines retain bladder surgery of 80 cases of bladder cancer patients were selected as the research object,according to the differences in treatment were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group given conventional bladder perfusion chemotherapy,in the observation group was given iliac arterial chemotherapy,two groups of therapeutic effect were compared.Result：The survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 2 years,and the risk of relapse and death was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal reaction,abdominal discomfort,leukocyte reduction,and thrombocytopenia in the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective to retain bladder functional iliac artery chemotherapy to treat bladder cancer,and it can improve the survival and quality of life.
