牙周洁治对正畸患者牙周指标的影响

Influence of Periodontal Scaling on Periodontal Clinic Index of Orthodontic Patients

目的:研究牙周洁治对正畸患者牙周指标的影响。方法:选择2013年6月-2014年1月笔者所在医院正畸患者86例患者,根据牙周洁治情况分为对照组40例和观察组46例,两组均采用方丝弓矫正技术进行正畸治疗,观察组正畸后进行牙周洁治,对照组未进行牙周洁治,比较两组患者治疗后1、3、6个月时的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、探诊深度(PD)及牙齿松动度。结果:治疗后1个月时两组的PLI、GI、SBI、PD比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3、6个月时观察组的PLI、GI、SBI、PD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的牙齿松动度均逐渐变小,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:牙周洁治应用于正畸患者能够显著改善牙周指标,改善牙周的健康状态,值得临床关注。

Objective：To study the periodontal scaling on periodontal clinic index of orthodontic patients.Method：From June 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital,86 cases of orthodontic patients were selected,they were divided into 40 cases of the control group and 46 cases of the observation group accordance the periodontal scaling data,all patients were added with edgewise corrective orthodontic treatment,the observation group was treated by periodontal scaling,the control group did not carry out the treatment of periodontal scaling,the plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI）,sulcus bleeding index（SBI）,probing depth（PD） and glycemic control data of two groups were compared.Result：1 month after treatment,the PLI,GI,SBI,PD of two groups showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）,3 and 6 months after treatment,the PLI,GI,SBI,PD of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the loose teeth of patients in two groups were gradually smaller,but there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Periodontal scaling in the application of orthodontic patients can significantly improve periodontal index,improve periodontal health status,it is worthy of attention.
