Logistic Regression Analysis of Related Factors Influencing Compliance of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨影响溃疡性结肠炎患者药物治疗依从性的相关因素。方法:90例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为研究对象,根据依从性标准评估进行分组,并对比两组自身因素、外部因素,通过分析差异总结药物治疗依从性的影响因素。结果:90例溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性好50例(55.56%),依从性差40例(44.44%);单因素字2检验依从性差组年龄≥60岁、接受教育时间<10年、未婚、存在不良心理反应、缺少溃疡性结肠炎知识、家庭经济收入低、溃疡性结肠炎病程≥5年、药物不良反应、无家庭支持比例等9个项目高于依从性好组(P<0.05)。多元Logistics回归分析模型结果显示导致溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性低的相关因素为家庭经济收入低(OR=4.39,95%CI:1.38,24.18)、溃疡性结肠炎知识缺乏(OR=3.91,95%CI:1.17,20.38)、存在负性心理状态(OR=3.38,95%CI:1.09,18.39)、药物治疗伴随的不良反应(OR=2.86,95%CI:1.02,17.45)。结论:降低溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性较差,应选择价格低、药效显著药物,进行相关健康教育,实施心理干预、用药指导提高药物依从性。

Objective：To investigate the related factors influencing the compliance of drug treatment in patients with ulcerative colitis.Method：90 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups according to the standard of compliance,and the factors of body and exterior were compared.The influencing factors of compliance were summarized by analyzing the differences.Result： 90 cases of ulcerative colitis patients with good compliance 50 cases（55.56%）,40 cases of poor compliance（44.44%）,single factor χ^2 test showed 9 projects in the compliance group,such as aged≥60 years,education time less than 10 years,unmarried,had adverse psychological reactions,the lack of knowledge of ulcerative colitis,low family income,ulcerative colitis course more than 5 years,adverse drug reaction,no family support were higher than the proportion of good compliance group（P〈0.05）.Multivariate Logistics regression analysis model showed that the factors related to the patients with ulcerative colitis treatment compliance,such as low family income（OR=4.39,95%CI：1.38,24.18）,lack knowledge of ulcerative colitis（OR=3.91, 95%CI：1.17,20.38）,negative psychological state（OR=3.38,95%CI：1.09,18.39）,with the treatment of adverse drug reactions（OR=2.86,95%CI：1.02,17.45）.Conclusion：To reduce the compliance of ulcerative colitis,drug treatment shall be carried out with low price,marked effect,relevant health education,psychological intervention and medication guidance,so as to improve drug compliance.
