摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预模式应用于产妇对其不良情绪及满意度的影响。方法将2015年6月~2017年8月在我院进行生产的72例产妇,随机分为两组各36例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组再实施优质护理服务,比较两组的不良情绪及满意度情况。结果观察组的不良情绪发生率低于对照组;观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预模式应用于产科,能降低产妇的不良情绪,并提高对护理的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on maternal distress and satisfaction. Methods 72 cases were divided into two groups, the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was followed by the quality nursing service, which was more negative and satisfactory. Results The incidence of adverse emotion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in obstetrics can reduce the bad mood and improve the satisfaction.
