腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效观察

目的观察腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,其中A组(腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗组)患者30例,B组(开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗组)30例。观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 A组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间均明显短于或少于B组;A组患者术后下床活动时间、术后排气时间、镇痛药物使用率均明显短于或少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术疗效显著,在掌握好适应症的的前提下,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital, including A group（laparoscopic myomectomy treatment group） 30 cases, group B（laparotomy myomectomy treatment group） 30 cases.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The operation time, blood loss and average length of stay in group A were significantly shorter than or less than those in group B;The patients of the A group after ambulation time, postoperative exhaust time, analgesic use rate were significantly shorter than or less than the B group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic myomectomy is remarkable. Under the premise of mastering the indications, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
