妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗与效果研究

Clinical study on the treatment and effect of patients with gynecological endocrine disorders

目的探讨妇科内分泌失调患者的临床治疗效果。方法 56例内分泌失调患者,两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上再给予人绝经促性腺激素和绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,记录治疗前后两组患者的卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌2醇(E2)水平,并对比两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前FSH、E2水平对比无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者FSH、E2水平均有所提升,但观察组提升更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率96.43%明显高于对照组75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素和克罗米芬可有效治疗分泌失调,能明显提高患者卵泡刺激素、雌2醇水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods 56 cases of patients with endocrine disorders were given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group based on the given human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin treatment,recorded before and after treatment in two groups of patients with hormone follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and female 2 alcohol（E2） level,and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results Before FSH,there was no significant difference of E2 level comparison of two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;the two groups of patients FSH,E2 levels were increased after treatment,but the observation group increases more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of clinical treatment in observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（75%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of human menopausal gonadotropin,h CG and clomiphene Fenke effective treatment can significantly improve the abnormal secretion of FSH,female patients with 2 alcohol level,is worthy of clinical use.
