摘要
为了充分利用青沟选厂尾矿中的钛资源,降低选钛运行成本,增加经济效益,积极寻找新工艺新技术,先后将青沟选厂尾矿和原矿进行了两次工业试验,试验数据表明"螺旋溜槽重选+烘干+干式复选"选钛生产线对综合利用洋钒公司青沟选厂尾矿有良好的效果,工艺合理、产品质量可控,可日产Ti O2≥45%的钛精粉产品约50吨以上及TFe≥56%的铁精粉约10吨,综合制造成本约495.36元/吨,有较好的经济效益。
In order to make full use of the titanium resources in the tailings of the green gully selected plant, reduce the operation cost of the titanium selection, increase the economic benefit, and actively seek new technology and new technology, two industrial tests have been carried out in the tailings and the raw ores of the green gully selected plant successively.
