为了提高铝带材生产效率和成品率,及早发现各工序产生的质量问题,避免批量事故的发生;本文主要介绍在线表面检测系统的检测原理和目前表面检测系统的在铝带材的应用情况。

In order to improve the production efficiency and yield of aluminum strip, the quality problems of each process can be found early and the mass accidents can be avoided. This paper mainly introduces the detection principle of the on-line surface detection system and the application of the surface detection system in the aluminum strip.
