摘要
通过了解徐州市区封闭式居住小区和开放式居住小区的建设现状,根据现有的小区规划和即将建设出的开放式居住小区,寻求较系统化的开放式小区建设方案,实现徐州市开放式小区的最大效益。
Through understanding the construction status of gated residential communities and open housing estates in Xuzhou,according to the existing residential district planning and the coming open housing estates,we are aim to seek a more systematic construction plan of open housing estates to realize the maximum benefit in Xuzhou.
