对近年来乡村建设发展暴露出的问题进行了阐述,结合自身实践和思考,从确定总体发展策略、因地制宜定制乡村规划方法,延续历史文脉、留住乡村特色,强化综合管理、保护生态环境,合理整合用地、纾解乡村空心化等方面,提出了新时代乡村建设发展的几点建议。

Elaborated the problems exposed in the development of rural construction in recent years,combining with its own practice and thinking,from determining the overall development strategy,customizing the rural planning methods according to local conditions,continuing the historical context,retaining the rural characteristics,strengthening the comprehensive management,protecting the ecological environment,rationally integrating the land,relieving the village hollow and other aspects put forward some suggestions on the development of rural areas in the new era.
