以城市郊区大型社区的发展现状为背景,阐述国内外邻里中心的发展慨况。分别对苏滁工业园区的9个邻里中心进行调研分析,特别是对其服务规模、服务半径、综合业态以及邻里交往等特征进行归纳总结,得到其对我国当代城市郊区大型社区建设的原则:选址的郊区性原则、服务规模及半径的合理性原则、功能业态的丰富性和特色性原则、交往空间的人性化原则。

The development of neighborhood center in overseas and domestic is illustrated in this article under the background of current situation of large-scale settlement of modern suburban areas. Here,the 9 neighborhood centers in Suzhou and Chuzhou industrial park were investigated and analyzed in the first place,and then the relevant principles were drawn as： location in the suburban areas,service demand and the rationality of scopeof service,the richness and specialty of functional commercial activities and the humanity in communication space.
