摘要
针对低层冷弯薄壁型钢房屋墙体需要开洞的特点,利用ABAQUS有限元程序,对冷弯薄壁C型钢—稻草板组合墙体进行有限元分析,研究包括墙体开洞率、洞口设置过梁情况下开窗洞或开门洞以及开洞高度对组合墙体稳定承载力的影响。研究结果表明,在不设置过梁构造时,开洞率增加到4.76%时,组合墙体的承载力降幅达到了32.3%。开洞位置对墙体承载力无显著影响,在改变开洞高度后,组合墙体承载力降幅明显。
In view of the characteristics that the wall of the cold bending thin-walled steel house needs opening,the finite element analysis of the cold bending thin-walled C steel straw board composite wall is carried out by the ABAQUS finite element program. The influence of the opening rate of the wall,the opening of the open window hole or the opening hole and the height of the hole on the stability bearing capacity of the composite wall are studied. The results show that when the opening rate increases to 4. 76%,the bearing capacity of the composite wall can be reduced to 32. 3%; when the opening rate increases to 4. 76%. The opening position has no significant influence on the bearing capacity of the wall,and the bearing capacity of the composite wall is greatly reduced after the opening height is changed.
