跨文化三维互动模式行动研究

An Action Research of Intercultural Three-dimension Interactive Model

文章采用行动研究的方法,旨在探索培养大学生跨文化能力的有效模式。在行动研究中,我们首先通过跨文化能力测试以及问卷调查,探析了跨文化能力培养过程中存在的问题。针对所发现的问题,依据目前比较公认的跨文化能力三维结构理论以及Liddicoat的Intercultural Learning and Teaching模式,我们尝试性地构建了一种渐进式发展的跨文化三维互动模式,并开展了为期一年的模式实验行动研究。最后,通过对模式的行动过程与成效剖析,我们对大学生跨文化能力培养过程中输入的内容、方法、手段进行了反思。

This study adopts the action research to explore effective language teaching model for the development of college students＇ intercultural competence. In the action research,first of all,the existing problems in intercultural teaching are found with the instruments of intercultural competence tests and questionnaires. Aiming at the problems discovered,we tentatively construct a progressive Three-dimension Interactive Mode,which is based on Intercultural Learning and Teaching Model raised by Liddicoat and the prevailing Three-dimension Theory of Intercultural Competence. And one year of the mode＇s experimental teaching has been carried out. Finally,on the ground of the mode＇s teaching process and its effectiveness,we reflect on the input content,methods and means that are involved in the development of intercultural competence.
