儿童神经母细胞类肿瘤造影增强超声成像诊断分析 被引量：4

摘要 神经母细胞类肿瘤（neuroblastic tumors,NT）是儿童最常见的颅外恶性实体肿瘤[1],是异质性非常强的肿瘤,未经诊治有可能自发消退,但同时也可表现为极强的侵袭性,较早发生多处转移,因此治疗方法因人而异。由于灰阶声像缺乏特征性,在NT患儿采用化疗前需明确病理诊断,超声引导下肿瘤穿刺活检为儿童肿瘤重要的病理诊断方法,本研究对临床疑诊拟行穿刺活检的儿童进行造影增强超声（contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS）检查.
