黄芪益肾汤联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病对照研究

Comparative Study of Huangqi Yishen Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探究采用黄芪益肾汤联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效比较分析。方法:将河南大学第一附属医院2014年8月至2016年8月诊疗的患者85例作为探究对象,以就诊编号抽选的方式将患者分组,采用西药单独治疗的42例患者为参照组,采用西药联合黄芪益肾汤治疗的43例患者为研究组,对两组患者临床治疗效果及观察指标变化。结果:研究组的β2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、糖化血红蛋白明显低于参照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖值差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者总有效率,两组差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用黄芪益肾汤联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病,可有效地提高治疗效果,改善临床指标,具有良好的参考价值。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effects of Huangqi Yishen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Eighty-？ve patients in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the objects of study. The patients were divided into two groups： 42 patients treated with western medicine alone and 43 patients treated with Huangqi Yishen decoction. Results： β 2 microglobulin, urinary microalbumin / urinary creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were signi？cantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference of blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose was statistically signi？cant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signi？cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Astragalus Yishen decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of early diabetic nephropathy. It has good reference value to improve clinical indexes.
