互联网的迅速发展正日益改变着人类的生存方式和思想观念。网络空间不是外在于人类自身之物,网络空间全方位的切入人类的生活从而与人类的命运紧密相关。网络空间不可能脱离人类活动而单独存在,网络空间因为有人的参与才能成为网络空间,而人也离不开网络空间,网络空间已经成为人类现实生活的延伸。可以说,就人类前途和命运而言,在一个网络不可或缺的时代,我们有必要对网络空间命运共同体作伦理学的思考。

The rapid development of the internet is increasingly changing the way of life and ideas of human beings.Cyberspace is closely related to the fate of human beings.Cyberspace cannot exist independently from human activities.Cyberspace can become cyberspace because of the participation of people.And people can not do without cyberspace,cyberspace has become an extension of human real life.It can be said,in terms of the future and destiny of mankind,in an indispensable era of the network,It is necessary for us to think ethically about the community of destiny in cyberspace.
