摘要
以氧化钙、二氧化碳气体为原料,利用水环泵压缩腔结构特点,碳化法反应制备纳米碳酸钙,研究了反应物石灰乳溶液浓度和二氧化碳气体流量对碳酸钙粒度的影响。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙制备的较佳工艺条件为:石灰乳浓度为1.0 mol/L,二氧化碳进气量20 L/min,水环泵压0.2 MPa,反应温度20℃,可制得粒度均匀的超细纳米碳酸钙,平均粒度d_(50)=30 nm,优于其它碳化法制得的碳酸钙。该制备工艺简单,易操作,适宜规模化生产。
The nano calcium carbonate is made from calcium oxide and carbon dioxide gas by means of the char- acteristics of compression cavity structure of water ring pump. The effects of concentration of lime solution and carbon dioxide gas flow rate on calcium carbonate particle size were studied. The resuhs showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of nano - CaCO3 were as follows : lime concentration 1.0 mol/L, carbon dioxide inlet 20 L/min, pressure of water ring pump 0.2 MPa, reaction temperature 20 ℃. The fine nano - calcium carbonate was in uniform particle size of an average of d50 = 30 nm, which is superior to other preparations of calcium carbonate by carboniza- tion. The preparation process is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for large -scale production.
