摘要
采用乙醇回流提取法提取柚子中总黄酮,用紫外可见分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果表明,柚子总黄酮含量因品种、部位不同而存在差异,柚子皮总黄酮含量高于柚子汁的。其中,柚子线囊汁总黄酮的含量最少,三层皮中外表皮总黄酮含量最少;福建官溪蜜柚、广西沙田柚和巴西西柚的中层皮总黄酮含量最多,泰国青柚和湖南雪峰柚则是内层皮总黄酮含量最多。结论:柚子皮总黄酮含量高于柚子汁的。
To study the content of flavonoids in Citrus maxima,the total flavonoids of Citrus maxima are extracted by reflux extraction method of ethanol,and the content of total flavonoids is determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric method. The results show that the content of total flavonoids in line capsule juice of Citrus maxima is the lowest. Flavonoids are the least abundant in the outer layer among the three layers of skin,while richest in middle skin of honey pomelo in Guanxi Fujian,Shatian pomelo in Guangxi and Citrus paradise in Brazil and in inner skin of green pomelo in Thailandand and Xuefeng pomelo in Hunan. Conclusion: the content of the flavonoids in Citrus maxima is different due to different varieties and different parts,and the content of flavonoids of skin in Citrus maxima is higher than that of juice.
