博弈视角民办高校与教师良性互动机制构建

摘要 作为民办高等教育系统中的两大主体,民办高校与教师之间存在着不和谐之音,直接制约着民办高等教育的发展。厘清民办高校与教师的博弈关系,建模分析二者的精炼纳什均衡策略,构建民办高校与教师良性互动机制,促进民办高等教育的稳定发展。 Disharmony exists between the private colleges and teachers,the two main bodies of private higher education system,which directly restricts the development of the private higher education. To promote the stable development of private higher education,it is important to clarify the game relationship between private colleges and teachers,establish model to analyze their refined Nash equilibrium strategies,and build a good interaction mechanism between them.
