摘要
教育理论的教学的有效性问题应该引起教育理论工作者和实践者的密切关注。我们可以采用系统论的方法对现有的教育理论的教学进行系统反思,查找教学低效的成因,进一步寻求实现教育理论有效教学的合理依据,最后得到理论基础维度策略,即要深入研究—多元表达—合理结构;教学途径维度策略,即理论教学—实践训练—自我反思;教学主体维度策略,即着力引导—主动参与—有效建构。
The effectiveness of the instruction of educational theory should be a question deserving the attention and study of educational theorists and practitioners. With methods of the system theory, we can make a systematic reflection of the instruction of educational theory and try to find out the causes of the ineffectiveness in the instruction so that we can seek out a reasonable basis for effective instruction and finally achieve the following three aspects: a dimensional strategy for this theoretical base: further study-multivariate expression-reasonable structure; a dimensional strategy for instruction approach: theoretical instruction-practical training-self-reflection; a dimensional strategy for instruction subject: intentional guidance-spontaneous participation-effective construction.
