A Research Progress on Manganese Resource in Utilization Technologies

摘要 我国是锰业大国,锰产品的产量和消耗量均居世界首位,但锰矿石资源储量少、品位较低,开发利用难度大。提高我国锰资源利用技术水平,对于促进我国锰业的可持续发展具有重要意义。针对日益"贫、细、杂"化的锰矿,采用重选、磁选、浮选及其联合工艺提高矿石品位,可以降低冶金过程的能量和试剂消耗。研究氧化锰矿还原焙烧技术、锰铁合金冶炼技术、高硫锰矿的焙烧脱硫技术等以及电解锰技术,提高冶金过程效率,降低能耗。最后探讨了锰合金、锰系能源材料、锰系催化剂、锰渣吸附材料等新材料,为锰系新材料提供新的发展方向。 China,the industry giant of manganese,is the top of manganese production yields and consumption in the world. However,there still are some problems existing in Chinese manganese industry,such as the fewer resource of the high-grade of manganese ores and the more difficulty of development and utilization. It is significative to improve the sustainable development for Chinese manganese industry that brings about the enhancement of levels of manganese resource's utilization technique. To deal with the low-grade,we have found mico-grained and complex mineral composition of manganese ores,the gravity concentration process,magnetic separation process,flotation technology and combined technology are introduced to improve the ore grade and reduce energy consumption of metallurgy process,as well as reagent consumption. Through the study of manganese oxide by reduction roasting,we know of Fe-Mn smelting production technology,including roasting desulfurization technology of high-sulfur manganese ores and electrolytic manganese technology,as accesses to the efficiency of metallurgy in decreasing the energy consumption. Finally,the manganese alloy,energy materials of manganese,manganese catalysts and the absorption materials for manganese residue are discussed,which provides a new development direction for manganese materials.
