摘要
稀有矿在开采过程中存在稳定性差、资源开发不完全等问题,提升开采过程中的安全系数是矿山企业运行的基础。矿产开采过程中的实时预警对于保证矿井的正常开采和人身、财产安全至关重要;以物联网和无线网络为基础,利用传感器数据构建矿产开采的多重关键信息系统,包括潜水线、库水位、矿内外变形等稳定性指标。将云平台应用于基于实时监测数据预测潜水线的未来状态,从而得到潜水线方程;通过考虑潜水线预测方程、极限平衡状态参数、水库水位和降雨量建立数值模拟模型,通过云平台解决安全系数、随机可靠性和区间非概率可靠性问题;结合实时监测变形的趋势以及计算出的动态安全系数、随机可靠性和区间非概率可靠性等,可以通过远程实时预警获得矿产稳定或危险的预警信号系统;通过实例分析,给出了主要参数和预警过程的主要解决方法。
The rare mine has the problems of poor stability and incomplete exploitation of resources in the mining process. To improve the safety factor during the mining process,it is the basis for the operation of mining enterprises. The real-time early warning in the process of mineral exploitation is very important to ensure the normal mining and personal and property safety. Based on the internet of things and wireless network,the sensor data is used to construct multiple key information systems of mineral exploitation,including diving line,reservoir water level,deformation inside and outside the stability indicators. The cloud platform is applied to predict the future state of the diving line based on the real-time monitoring data to obtain the diving line equation. The numerical simulation model is established by considering the diving line prediction equation,including the limit equilibrium parameter,the reservoir water level and the rainfall amount,the safety factor,stochastic reliability and non-probabilistic reliability of interval. combined with the trend of real-time monitoring of deformation,we have calculated dynamic safety factor,stochastic reliability and interval non-probabilistic reliability. It is possible to obtain the warning signal of stable or dangerous mineral by remote real-system. Through the example analysis,the main parameters and the main solutions to the early warning process are given.
