摘要
磨粉技术在工业生产中的广泛应用,促使企业对磨粉机的性能提出了更高的要求。提出一种新型的立式磨粉机为例,介绍了该磨粉机的结构及工作原理,提出了各项性能的具体参数,包括入料的颗粒度、液压力、磨盘的直径等数据内容。还对磨粉机耐磨部件的更换方法进行了讨论。
The wide application of the grinding powder technology in the industrial production has prompted the enterprises to put forward higher requirements for the performance of the mill. A new vertical mill is put forward for example. The structure and working principle of the flour mill are introduced, and the specific parameters of the performance are put forward, including data content of particle size, liquid pressure and diameter of grinding disc. The replacement method of the wear-resistant parts of the mill is also discussed.
