摘要
创新教育的根本目的在于造就创新型人才。从创新型人才的德行、欲望、精神、情趣等个性特点的不同层面进行研究分析,不仅有助于我们分层剖析、深入了解创新型人才的个性品质及其表现状态,而且对教育工作者树立科学的教育观、教学观、学生观、人才观也具有积极的意义。
The basic purpose of innovation education is to bring up creative talents. Making research and analysis of creative talents' individuality characteristics of moral integrity, desire, spirit and temperament from different levels will not only help us have a better understanding of their individuality character as well as its manifestation, but also be of help for the educators to acquire a scientific education outlook, teaching outlook, outlook on students and outlook on talents.
