建立风库解决长距离巷道掘进通风问题的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在传统的短距离巷道掘进过程中,通风方式是往往采用压入式通风,但针对长距离巷道掘进过程而言,压风机的功率、风筒的严密性往往不能满足现场实际要求,进而不能取得良好的通风效果。基于笔者的学习和实践经验,本文着重分析了长距离巷道掘进过程中的风库接力通风技术,以压入式通风为例,建立了通风风库来实现对通风压力的接力。实践表明:使用通风风库技术可以明显提升矿井的风量传递效率、减少了传统风机串联过程中的能量损失,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。 In the short distance tunnel in process of traditional ventilation is often used with forced ventilation, but for the long distance tunnel excavation process, power, air tightness pressure fan often cannot meet the practical requirements, and can obtain good ventilation. Based on the author's learning and practical experience, this paper focuses on the analysis of the ventilation and relay ventilation technology in the long distance roadway driving process. Taking the pressed ventilation as an example, a ventilation and air storehouse is established to achieve the relay of the ventilation pressure. Practice shows that using ventilation and air storehouse technology can significantly improve the air volume transfer efficiency of the mine and reduce the energy loss in the traditional fan series process, which has certain guiding significance for engineering practice.
