应用Aspen Plus对甲乙酮装置中脱碳四塔进行设计优化与经济分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据甲乙酮装置中公用工程的规格,确定了脱碳四塔的塔顶操作压力为0.6MPa;应用Aspen模拟软件进行设计优化,通过对不同进料板和不同理论板下公用工程费用的经济分析,最终确定了脱碳四塔的进料板为19块板和理论板为32块板;对于钛材料的塔体,通过经济分析得到选用高效的SP-S4A填料比浮阀塔板可节约12%的设备制造费用。 According to the specification of utility in methyl ethyl ketone plant, the tower top operating pressure of 4 th decarburization tower was determined to be 0.6 MPa. The design optimization was carried out by using Aspen simulation software.Through the economic analysis on utility costs of different feeding plates and different theoretical plates, the optimal numbers of feeding plates and theoretical plates of 4 th decarbonization tower were determined to be 19 and 32, respectively. For the tower body of titanium material, the economic analysis indicated that the high-efficiency SP-S4 A packing could reduced equipment manufacturing cost by 12% than the floating valve tray.
