摘要
以非洲某国天然气处理厂改造中增加分子筛脱水系统为例,介绍天然气脱水系统工作原理,同时对分子筛脱水系统中干燥塔、再生系统热负荷和再生气量进行了详细计算,并用转效时间和床层压降对计算结果进行校核。本工程计算结果应用于工程实际,也为其他天然气分子筛脱水系统设计提供了参考和借鉴。
Taking the addition of the molecular sieve dehydration system in the reconstruction of a natural gas processing plant in Africa as an example, the working principle of the natural gas dehydration system is introduced. The heat loads of the drying tower and the regeneration system and the regeneration gas volume in the molecular sieve dehydration system are calculated, and the break time and the bed pressure drop are used to check the calculation results. The calculation results of this project are applied to engineering practice, and also provide reference for the design of other natural gas molecular sieve dehydration systems.
