摘要
介绍了几种聚乙烯尾气回收利用新技术。四川天一科技股份有限公司研发的聚乙烯尾气回收和利用新技术工艺流程简单,烃类组分和氮气的回收率高,回收的氮气中氢气体积分数小于0.1%,氮气体积分数大于98%,氮气回收率大于99%,氮气返回脱气仓循环使用后烃类组分的回收率为100%,回收的富轻烃可以做乙烯装置的原料或其它用途,实现了近零排放。
Several new technologies for recovery and utilization of polyethylene tail gas are introduced. Among them, the technology developed by Sichuan Tianyi is simple and has high recovery rates of hydrocarbon components and nitrogen, by which,the recovered nitrogen has a purity of more than 98% and a hydrogen volume fraction of less than 0.1% with a nitrogen recovery of more than 99%, and the recovery of hydrocarbon components after the nitrogen recycling to the de-gas bin for reuse is 100%. The recovered light hydrocarbon can be used as the feedstock of ethylene plant or other purposes, and the near-zero emission is achieved.
