摘要
为降低天然气加工、储存、运输中安全风险,提高天然气产品质量,处理厂有必要对天然气进行脱汞处理。本文分析了汞在处理厂中汞分布,探讨了湿气脱汞和干气脱汞两种方案的脱汞剂选择、技术难点、工艺特点和适用条件,对气体处理厂天然气脱汞工艺方案设计有一定的借鉴作用。其中,湿气脱汞方案从根本上解决了汞污染问题,适用于高含汞天然气;而干气脱汞方案二次污染严重,适用于低含汞天然气。
In order to reduce the safety risk in natural gas processing, storage and transportation and improve the quality of natural gas, it is necessary to remove mercury from natural gas at the processing plant. In this paper, the distribution of mercury in the processing plant was analyzed, and absorbent selection, technical difficulties, process characteristics and applicable conditions of the two schemes for mercury removal from wet gas and dry gas, respectively, were discussed, which can provide a reference for the design of mercury removal scheme for gas processing plants. The mercury removal scheme for wet gas fundamentally solves the problem of mercury pollution and is suitable for high-mercury natural gas. And the mercury removal scheme for dry gas seriously leads to secondary mercury pollution and is suitable for low-mercury natural gas.
