Comparative study of heat transfer performance of different types of packing in rotating bed

摘要 采用热空气-冷水为实验体系,利用不锈钢丝网填料和不锈钢乱堆填料的错流旋转填料床为换热设备,探究两种填料的换热性能,考察了气体进口温度T、超重力因子β、气速u、液体喷淋密度q对传热系数K的影响规律。实验结果表明:两种填料的传热系数均随T、β、u的增大而增大,随q的增大而缓慢增长;丝网填料的传热性能优于乱堆填料,约为乱堆填料的1.24~2.4倍;丝网填料的传热性能受u和q影响较大,更适合气速、液体喷淋密度较大的传热实验。对实验数据进行拟合,得出K与β、q、u、ae之间的关联式,通过统计检验,其计算值与实验值的平均误差小于15%。 Heat transfer performances of cross-current rotating packed beds with metallic wire mesh packing and metallic dumped packing, respectively, were investigated using hot gas-cold water as heat transfer system. The two packings were compared considering effect of gas inlet temperature T, high gravity factor β, gas velocity u and liquid spray density q on heat transfer coefficient K. The research results showed that heat transfer coefficient of the two packings increases with the increase of T, β and u,but increases lightly when q raises. The heat transfer characteristics of metallic wire mesh packing were 1.24-2.4 times higher than that of dumped packing. u and q have great influence on the heat transfer performance of wire mesh packing which is more suitable for high u and q on heat transfer experiment. The correlation of K and β, q, u, ae was obtained by regression of experimental data,and the statistical tests showed that average deviation between the calculated value and the experimental value was less than 15%.
