泻儿康合剂治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻湿热证疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of treating pediatric rotavirus diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome with Xieerkang mixture with conventional western medicine

目的:观察清肠泄热、化湿止泻中药制剂泻儿康治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻湿热证的疗效。方法:将86例小儿轮状病毒腹泻患者随机分为两组各43例,对照组采用适当控制乳类,给予思连康改善肠道微生态,消旋卡多曲止泻,并常规口服ORS或静脉补液纠正脱水等对症处理;治疗组在此基础上采用泻儿康合剂治疗。疗程均为3天。结果:治疗组总有效率90.70%,对照组总有效率74.41%,两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:泻儿康合剂可提高常规西药治疗湿热型小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xieerkang mixture（ TCM preparation for clearing intestine and dispelling heat as well as removing dampness and anti-diarrhea） on children＇s rotavirus diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome. Methods： 86 cases of children patients with rotavirus diarrhea were divided randomly into two groups,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with appropriate control of milk,and administered Siliankang（ i. e. Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets,Live） for improvement of intestinal microecology and Racecadotril for anti-diarrhea as well as conventional oral ORS or intravenous rehydration for correcting dehydration,etc. symptomatic treatments; while the treatment group was treated with Xieerkang mixture on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was 3 days. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 70%,while the total effective rate of control group was 74. 41%. Compared the total effective rates of two groups,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xieerkang mixture can enhance the effect of conventional western medicine on children＇s rotavirus diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome.
