防风水提取物和水提醇沉提取物急性毒性研究

Research on acute toxicity of water extract and water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract from radix saposhnikoviae

目的:研究防风水提取物和水提醇沉提取物对小鼠的急性毒性反应,为临床安全用药提供实验依据。方法:通过一次性灌胃给予昆明种小鼠防风水提取物和水提醇沉提取物,观察并记录防风对小鼠的急性毒性反应。利用SPSS18.0统计软件计算其对小鼠的半数致死量(LD_(50))。结果:防风水提取物1次灌胃后LD_(50)为生药184.03 g/kg;水提醇沉提取物1次灌胃后LD_(50)为生药118.14 g/kg;二者95%置信区间分别为生药172.80~195.83 g/kg和生药114.13~122.11 g/kg。结论:防风水提取物和水提醇沉提取物一次性灌胃对昆明种小鼠有一定的毒性,水提取物的毒性较水提醇沉提取物的毒性小。

Ojective： To research the acute toxicity reaction of water extract and water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract from radix saposhnikoviae on mice,so as to provide the experimental basis for clinical safe medication. Methods： Kunming mice was given water extract and water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract from radix saposhnikoviae by one-time gavage. The acute toxicity reaction of radix saposhnikoviae on mice was observed and recored. Its lethal dose（ LD50 ） for mice was calculated by SPSS18. 0 statistical software. Results： After one-time gavage of water extract from radix saposhnikoviae,LD50 was crude drug 184. 03 g/kg; after one-time gavage of water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract from radix saposhnikoviae,LD50 was crude drug118. 14 g/kg. The 95% confidence intervals for two were crude drug 172. 80-195. 83 g/kg and crude drug 114. 13-122. 11 g/kg respectively. Conclusion： One-time gavage of water extract and water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract from radix saposhnikoviae has a certain toxicity to Kunming mice. The acute toxicity of water extract is less than that of water extracting-alcohol precipitating extract.
