摘要
分析了第三代核电CAP1000主管道和波动管实心锻造制坯主要技术难点和挤压制坯新工艺的特点,介绍了CAP1000主管道、波动管挤压制坯研制情况和检验结果。对比分析了实心锻造制坯和挤压成形制坯的优缺点,为第三代核电锻造主管道和波动管新工艺的开发提供参考。
This paper analyzed the main technical difficulties of solid forging blanks and the characteristics of the new process of extruding blanks for main pipeline and surge line of generation III nuclear power CAP1000,introduced the development situation and test results of extruding blanks for the CAP1000 main pipeline and surge line. The advantages and disadvantages of solid forging blanks and extruding blanks are compared and analyzed to provide reference for the development of new forging process for the generation III nuclear power main pipeline and surge line.
