摘要
针对缸体类锻件存在批量表面缺陷问题,对缺陷进行解剖分析,通过优化锻造工艺和加强钢锭模表面清理等措施解决了此类问题。
Aiming at the problems of batch of surface defects in the cylinder block forgings,the defects were anatomized and analyzed. The problems were solved by optimizing the forging processes and strengthening the surface cleaning of ingot mould.
