摘要
通过对317L耐热钢的成分进行优化设计,确定了合适的化学成分参数。在冶炼过程中注意渣系的控制,有效的控制钢水的纯净度和化学成分,并且对S元素的含量进行控制。在轧制生产中合理的设计热加工工艺参数。通过这些措施,成功开发出317L耐热不锈钢棒材。
Through the optimal design of 317 L heat resistant steel composition,the proper parameters of chemical composition were determined. Pay attention to the control of slag in the smelting process that can effectively control the molten steel purity and the chemical composition,and the content of S element. Design the hot processing parameters in a reasonable way in the rolling production process. Through these measures,the 317 L heat resistant stainless steel bar has been successfully developed.
