摘要
随着我国的社会发展,不管在人们的生活中还是社会建设中,各式各样的机械设备层出不穷,尤其是在近年来,我国的城市建设加快,对于建筑机械及汽车设备等常见的机械产品的要求也是越来越高。在目前的机械生产中主要还是使用铜合金等有色金属作为生产材料,不过由于其价格昂贵,并且在机械损坏后的修理成本较高,这些因素都大大提高了机械生产中的成本,因此,为铜合金寻找一种新型的金属材料,也成了机械生产产业进一步发展的首要条件。在此,笔者简要介绍铝基稀土新材料的概念,并从经济效益的角度与传统铜合金做对比,详细阐述铝基稀土材料在机械性能方面所具备的优势。
With the social development of our country, no matter in the people's life or in the social construction, all kinds of mechanical equipment emerge in endlessly, especially in recent years, the urban construction of our country is speeding up, and the requirements for the common mechanical products, such as construction machinery and automobile equipment, are also getting higher and higher. Nonferrous metals, such as copper alloy, are mainly used as production materials in the current mechanical production. However, because of their high price and high repair cost after mechanical damage, these factors greatly improve the cost of mechanical production. Therefore, it is also a machine to find a new type of metal material for copper alloy. The first condition for the further development of the production industry. Here, the author briefly introduces the concept of new aluminum based rare earth materials and compares it with the traditional copper alloys from the perspective of economic benefits, and expounds the advantages of aluminum based rare earth materials in mechanical properties in detail.
