某锂矿选矿厂现有工艺流程无法满足生产需要。因此在进行矿石工艺矿物学性质分析的前提下,需对以往选矿工艺流程进行一定程度的改善,结合某锂辉石矿现阶段生产需求,最终采用三段一闭路破碎、脱泥—浮选、浮选尾矿细筛隔渣、弱磁——强磁除铁等工艺流程。上述流程的应用在生产实践中获得了良好的生产效果。
